I am blogging from the comforts of our basement, basking in the soft glow of the Christmas tree while our sweet boy is resting his busy little body in confines of his nice warm crib. Needless to say, the world did not come to an end today. Not that I thought it was going to or anything. But I did stockpile jugs of water and jars of Wowbutter just in case it was going to try to end, but for some reason didn't quite end all the way.
Frazier was disappointed that nothing cataclysmic happened today.
Clark's last meal request was oranges. He ate his weight them.
He was also upset nothing interesting happened today.
My mom came for a visit this past week. We had a mini Christmas with my grandparents and Clark had his first taste of PEZ candy.
One afternoon we were looking for something to do so we visited the Lilly House downtown Indy. It was beautiful, interesting, educational and best of all, FREE.
They had all the rooms decorated for Christmas and it was just lovely. It took up about 20 minutes to take the tour. It also took 20 minutes for Clark to lose his interest and want to run free like a wild bore. So it worked out perfect.
Did I mention that I have a new handyman? He works for Teddy Grahams and usually leaves a mess when he is done working, but his craftsmanship is impeccable.
Hope everyone else had a great what could have been the last day on Earth.
Happy Weekend,
Colie
